Lyrical lifts you into ecstasy, a timeless state of alignment where body, heart, and mind unite. Inevitably all that goes up, must fall down. Stillness is a gentle landing, the silver desert where everything settles into wholeness.

NOTES
Clara Cornil & Katrien Mazijn are a mother and daughter who have danced the 5Rhythms® together for over 20 years. What began as necessity or curiosity grew into a profound family practice to heal. Through workshops like Cycles and Mirrors, they have explored family wounds, finding release and transformation through movement. On the dance floor, masks fall away, and everything simply is—real, raw, and deeply connected. Now, we invite you to experience it too.
