In the heart of summer, you are invited to rebalance and reclaim all that lives within you.

In everyday life, we are often asked to function on a level where the soulful, magical, and extraordinary aspects of our being are set aside. There is little space to access and express these deeper layers.

Our wildness and our tenderness are pushed to the margins—shaped by conditioning, by the fear of being too much, too powerful, too vulnerable, too slow, too sensual, too alive…

You may recognize your own version of this. The places where you hold back. Where you have learned to soften your edges or dim your fire.

And so, our natural aliveness begins to shrink.

Our breath adapts.

Our bodies become quieter.

Life, slowly, becomes smaller. More predictable. More contained.

This workshop is an invitation to open that space again.

Together, we will explore and unfold the full spectrum of your being—through movement, breath, music, and presence.

We will move through the landscapes of the body, supported by the powerful medicine of the 5RHYTHMS of the soul: Flowing- Staccato - Chaos - Lyrical - Stillness, allowing what has been held back to come forward.

Come as you are.

Come curious.

Come willing to meet yourself—just a little more honestly, a little more fully.

And perhaps leave with a body that breathes more freely,

a heart that feels more deeply,

and a sense of coming home to yourself.

No previous experience nescessary. This a a 5RHTYHMS Waves workshop, the 1. level of the 5RHYTHMS Cosmology.
