DESCRIPTION
What ignites your passion? What fuels your fire and your desire? What dampens your spirit or puts out your flames? How do you express yourself and your yearnings? Join us in this workshop series to explore these questions and how they inform you as you move through your day-to-day life. Classes will involve sitting meditation, partner exercises, ritual theatre, and of course, DANCING!NOTES
This is a 5Rhythms workshop series, running for 5-weeks on Thursdays. April 6 - May 4.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
