DESCRIPTION
Yes is who we are. Yes says yes to everything that we sense, feel and think. Yes includes No. Yes includes boundaries.Yes is not the ego. Yes is a formless perspective that is expressing its freedom in every breath, movement and shape. Yes never gets lost in this world of form.
How does yes move? How does yes express itself? How does yes connect, release, and play?
How does yes rest in the silence of its own being?
NOTES
• Cost: £120 (Early bird £110 if paid in full by Oct 31st)
• Times: Sat 10.30am-6pm; Sun 10.30am-4.30pm
• Enter through side door on uphill side of building.
• On site parking available. If traveling by train, the centre is 15 mins walk from Hebden Bridge train station.
• Bring lunch to share if you wish (there is a kitchen available for use).
• If you wish to sleep overnight in the hall on the Saturday you may do so at no charge. (no showers or beds available).
• Booking: Transfer a non-refundable deposit of £45 or the full amount (your balance will be returned in case of cancellation).

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
