‘Rebel Dancer in the beauty of the naked heart’ . This is a wave workshop with heartbeat inspiration, open to all dancers, who want to explore the mystery of the heart and embody the power of the naked heart.It's a pleasure to once again invite you to a 'Rebel Dancer' - workshop. I am looking forward so much to dance with you. We will dance in the beautiful venue of Soulhouse. I warmly wellcome you:
Let’s celebrate our uniqueness, dancing our rebel energy. Allowing this energy to give us the courage to look deeply into the heart, meeting its strength and vulnerability. We will see the veils, which create shadows, and have the courage to stay there with an open and naked heart. We will surrender with devotion, creating space for the beauty of the naked heart.
In ‘Rebel Buddha’ Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche describes the rebel within us, the part of us that already knows, how to break free of fear and unhappiness.
Gabrielle Roth, who developed the 5Rhythms, knew, how to find and embody the freedom of the heart. We will use the map of the 5Rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyric and stillness.
We will explore the expression of the heart and use our rebel energy and the map of the 5Rhythms.
NOTES
Times:
Friday: 7pm to approximately 9pm
Saturday: 11am to approximately 6pm
Sunday: 11am to 4.30pm
Prices: In Early bird the workshop cost 1350 Danish Crowns. It's possible to apply for a discount, if you are unemployed, on pension or full-time student. From November the first, the price is 1600 Danish Crowns.

Refund Policy
If you withdraw your signing up, there is an administration fee of 150 Danish Crowns. If you withdraw from the workshop after November 15th, you will get 50% of your payment back, or you can sell your ticket to another person. If you withdraw November the 22th or do not arrive or leave the workshop, there is no compensation.
