Power of Love is a two day workshop to enter the landscape of the loving heart. All we need is love. Nothing grows without, nobody blossoms without. Love is a strong power. It breaks us open, lifts us up, throws us back into our deepest self. You're welcome to explore the expansive possibilities of your heart. We dance and sweat, finding clarity in movement. We shake and soften the armour that is built around the gentle heart. Love cuts trough fear, jealousy, quilt and shame. We shed layers till we drop into the field that holds us all, being present with oneself and another. Giving, receiving, all in one breath.NOTES
Outside ideas of right doing and wrongdoing there is a field.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
