DESCRIPTION
Chacune des parties de notre corps est une porte, un pont, une passerelle pour entrer en contact avec un rythme, une danse, un espace différent de nous-mêmes. L’atelier Portail est une invitation à passer chacune de ces portes pour accéder au potentiel inconnu qui s'y cache, ses couleurs et ses qualités singulières. Il offrira des pistes pour accéder avec plus d'aisance et de profondeur dans les différents rythmes. Ainsi, nous pourrons entrer dans notre corps comme on entre dans un temple, et danser depuis cet espace sacré.NOTES
