5Rhythms ~ Ritual ~ Remembrance A time for Dance, Ritual and Remembrance. Our relationships with our Beloved's who have died continues to grow and evolve, even years after their passing. These relationships grow from our side; the side of Life, and they continue to do so as long as we honour and give them attention. The intention for this day is to celebrate these timeless connections and move into a greater sense of peace with the cycle of life and death. In myriad ways, all over the world this age old ritual happens in community. Our day will be shaped and guided by the universal Rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Chaos Lyrical and Stillness. For our altar please bring photos or personal mementos. Bring a blanket and your beloved's favourite foods to share for a picnic afterwards. Some 5Rhythms dance experience suggested.
