Where does it flow naturally and where are you stuck?

In this workshop we will explore our relationship with abundance, and discover, how we can open up and align with the receptive life force within us and around us.

The 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness have each their own teachings about our relationship with abundance.

How do we presence ourselves, express, let go, let through and let be.

Once we practice embodying these rhythms we can become aware of old patterns and beliefs and move into new ways of being and creating our life.

Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms® is a dance-meditation practice to bring body, heart and soul into alignment.

They are a metaphor and a catalyst for our inner landscapes and our soul journey.

The 5 Rhythms are Flowing- Staccato- Chaos- Lyrical- Stillness, together they create a Wave of energy and movement.

Sunday 29. September 10.30 -16.30

The workshop starts on Friday, but is open to those of you who can't attend the whole weekend, but would like to dance 5rhythms. The price is DKK 250 for Friday only and is paid at the entrance in cash or with MobilePay.

Accommodation:

There is everything from a mattress on the floor above the venue to luxury hotels with a view of the sea close by.

You can sleep on site for DKK 150/ 20 Euro per night. (Friday to Sunday only).

There are some mattresses available. No shower, but you can take a shower at the harbor 200 m away.

There are fine kitchen facilities and the possibility of making a joint dinner.

There are hotels, boarding houses, hostels, camping and holiday homes for rent in the area.

There are restaurants and cafes in Sandvig

The nearest shopping is 3 km away, in Allinge.

How to get there:

If you can find your way to Copenhagen either Central Train Station or the airport there is a bus going to Rønne on Bornholm: https://www.bornholmslinjen.com/ . Add a local ticket to your purchase to save money on the local bus.

From Rønne you take the local bus to Sandvig. Find your bus here
