DESCRIPTION
Dream Doors, a series of afternoon workshops, providing the possibility to notice growing edges, to know when to move forward and when to stay. It helps moving closer to self compassion – because I do not have to fulfil or live something that is not me. I do not have to respond to any demand from outside or internal. I only have to get to know myself. I become my biggest project.NOTES

Cost:
Include one 30-minute individual session on zoom the week after each event.
One workshop: £60 (including a one to one session - recommended to integrate) £35 just the dance session.
Do all and pay in one go: £340 (with one to one sessions) £195 just the dance sessions.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
