This Day Lab is the first in the project “5Rhythms, 5 Teachers, 5 Day Labs”The journey to discover a new masculine energy concerns all of us, without distinction of gender. It concerns the masculine energy within us. It is true, we are tired. Tired of a masculine energy that seems to dictate the rules of the world: contemptuous, belligerent/warlike, and arrogant. An energy that arms us and exhausts us. But can an alternative exist? A different masculine energy, one that is authoritative but not authoritarian, and that unites instead of divides?
Five teachers have agreed to offer their path toward the new. We will dance the 5Rhythms to awaken the body, open the heart, and free the soul, and step by step begin our inner revolution that will bring a wave of change into the world.
NOTES
The masculine here is not armor but rhythm—alive, steady, and deeply human. In the dance we touch the fire of courage, the stillness of presence, and the joy of connection. A journey where strength leans into love.
