 Dancing is our way of surfing and it’s our way of diving deeper. 

Movement practice cultivates presence with whatever is arising.

Trance and ecstatic states synchronise body and mind to rhythm and the mystery of being, carrying us through dark and light and opening us into wider, transcendent body knowing.
