Dance is a place of refuge. A place where we can pause the thinking, doing, planning.
A place where we can drop in the moment, follow whatever arises, be with whatever or whoever presents itself. A place where we can connect with the beauty of each moment, the powerful life-force that so often get blocked because we’re busy elsewhere.
We’ll use the 5Rhythms dance practice as 5 gateway’s to arrive in the body, open the heart, empty the mind, trust our creative soul and rest in the now. There is only now.
