And if I can feel, the feeling of the world…
Perhaps it is this time we are living in—the storms that ravage the earth, the wars that cut through us, the unease of an uncertain future. Perhaps it is a call to be reborn. One way or another, maybe because I thought I had lost it, I have deeply felt the need to create a dance ceremony—to be reborn into hope.
To awaken this within us, to reclaim it, to hold it close, to make it present, to embody it, to turn it into a living pulse within us. This Easter retreat is a space for rediscovering hope. A pause to listen to the body, to let the dance speak, to allow movement to return to us the lost direction—mapping, through the 5Rhythms, a path toward rebirth into hope.
Dancing is an act of faith. It is surrendering to the trance of existence, releasing the illusion of control, and yielding to what has yet to be born. In the heartbeat of each step, in the breath of every turn, we find the seed of the new.
Hope is not a passive longing but a leap—an affirmation that something more is possible.
In this retreat, we will immerse ourselves in the wisdom of the body, in its ability to sustain us even when everything else wavers. Because hope is not a thought but a movement, an impulse that pushes us forward.
Easter is the celebration of rebirth, of resurrection, of the emptiness that precedes fullness. It is a reminder that even in the darkest night, the possibility of a new beginning exists. In this retreat, we invite you to immerse yourself in dance as an embodied prayer, an act of resistance and surrender, a rebellion against fear.
Hope unites us, expands us, and returns us to one another. Because believing in what is to come is the only way to create it.
