Life courses through us in a steady flow of desires, wants, needs, of moment by moment exchanges between our state of being and the outside world.

This energy moves us to action, initiates the expression of our many ways of connecting. 

It's always active: it's how we regulate, communicate, survive and thrive.

In this workshop we’ll explore how our impulse emerges through words, stories and actions.

We’ll investigate how we receive the words, stories and actions from the impulses of people around us. 

We’ll use the map of the 5Rhythms© to peel away the layers that hinder our receptivity and that stop our light from shining through. 

We’ll let each Rhythm help us remember to trust our breath, our body, ourselves and each other.

Let’s dance in that zone together and see.

La vie circule en nous dans un courant de désirs et de besoins, un échange constant entre notre être et notre monde.

Cette énergie nous pousse à l'action et initie l'expression des maintes façons dont on établie nos connexions.

Elle est toujours active et nous permet de communiquer, d'être en relation et de nous épanouir.

Dans cet atelier nous allons explorer comment nos impulsions émergent par nos mots, nos histoires et nos actions. 

Nous allons investiguer comment nous recevons les impulsions des autres par leurs mots, leur histoires et leurs actions.

La pratique 5Rythmes© nous aidera à éliminer les entraves à notre réceptivité qui empêchent notre lumière de briller.

Nous laisserons chaque Rythme nous aider à faire confiance à notre souffle, notre corps, à nous-mêmes et aux autres.
