NOI – parts of usAn “Ongoing” (closed) group of 5 events. After the first meeting, it will no longer be possible to register. Only those who sign up by the first date in January 2025 can participate in the entire journey.
To join this special experience, a full commitment is required, meaning participation in all 5 events: 4 Sundays in Bologna and one weekend in Tuscany. It is precisely this dedication that will make the experience unique and meaningful.
A closed and ongoing group offers a unique opportunity due to the consistent presence of the same participants, making the work more intense and creating a particularly significant space of trust and openness. Last year, the ongoing group experienced truly special moments, and this year promises to be even more enriching and profound.
This experience is designed for dancers who wish to dedicate a period of time to the 5Rhythms practice together with others who share the same commitment. It is particularly suitable for those who have been practicing the 5Rhythms for some time and want to deepen their experience.
The group will focus on the Waves and Heartbeat levels of the 5Rhythms. We will explore a wide range of maps within these levels, using various tools.

Un gruppo “Ongoing” (gruppo chiuso) di 5 incontri, dopo il primo incontro, non sarà più possibile iscriversi.
Solo chi si iscrive entro la prima data a gennaio 2025 potrà fare tutto il percorso.
Per partecipare a questa esperienza speciale, sarà richiesto un impegno totale, accettando di partecipare a tutti e 5 gli appuntamenti: 4 domeniche a Bologna e un fine settimana in Toscana. È proprio questa dedizione che renderà l’esperienza unica e significativa.
Un gruppo chiuso e continuativo offre un’opportunità unica, grazie alla presenza costante degli stessi partecipanti, che rende il lavoro più intenso e crea uno spazio di fiducia e apertura particolarmente significativo. L’anno scorso, il gruppo ongoing ha vissuto momenti davvero speciali, e quest’anno promette di essere ancora più arricchente e profondo.
Questa esperienza è pensata per i danzatori che desiderano dedicare un periodo di tempo alla pratica dei 5Ritmi insieme ad altre persone che condividono lo stesso impegno. È particolarmente adatta a chi partecipa da tempo ai 5Ritmi e vuole approfondire la propria esperienza.
Il gruppo si concentrerà sui livelli Waves e Heartbeat dei 5Ritmi. Esploreremo una vasta gamma di mappe all’interno di questi livelli, utilizzando vari strumenti.
