DESCRIPTION
A weekend devoted to reclaiming our lightness of Being, guided by the Rhythm of Lyrical (and yes, we do have to go through Flowing, Staccato and Chaos to get there...!)In these times of transformations, shifting polarities, loss, grief, and challenges of all kinds, it's sometimes difficult to remember we have the potent life-force energy of joy as a ressource, both for ourselves and with others in connection and community.
We'll be at the Centre Tara retreat center in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, with all meals and snacks provided, a sauna and comfortable accommodations, all in good company: we just need to show up and dance.
