About 5Rhythms and this closed group
Our bodies are full of the wisdom and creativity needed to move through these changing and often challenging times. This closed group will be a space to take time to discover, stretch, release, shake off, lighten, and land inside your body. From this place delving deeper into the 5Rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness - each rhythm offering a unique perspective, philosophy and practice on what it means to be fully embodied and in your dance - on and off the dance-floor.
Dancing with the same group of people over time deepens your connections, to self, other and the whole group. Building trust in a supportive environment to go deeper into the practice to seek the healing and transformation you are calling for.
The 5Rhythms is a simple yet profound practice that helps us move from one state of being to another - from stuckness to fluidity, tension to relaxation, confusion to clarity, distraction to inspiration, shut down to presence
5Rhythms can be experienced by anyone regardless of their physical abilities.
Beginners are welcome, as are experienced dancers

please note entrance to the school is via Boundaries Road through the main green gates and then the side gate to your right - that will be open - follow the path round to your left (around the side of the building) and enter the building through the south building open double doors , turn first right and walk down towards the canteen - the theatre is first set of double doors on the left - (before the canteen ) we will have someone on the door to welcome you

Refund Policy
If you find you cannot attend there are a few options offered:
You are permitted to gift/sell on your place. If you gift or sell your place it is essential you let nikki know the name and email of the dancer so that we can send them any information before the start of the group
Refunds are offered up to 30th September (with a £2.50 admin fee per ticket) or credits at an approximate equivalence to future workshops with Nikki
After the 30th
If there is a waiting list then you can email nikki and see if the ticket sells that way. If a ticket sells from the waiting list we will refund your ticket price minus £2.50 transaction fee which gets donated directly to the CIC. (Pls note though that within 24 hours of the event Nikki's time to respond to emails is limited & wait list option will close at 8am the day of the event)
