Every journey has an arc
A beginning, where we arrive at the threshold.
A middle, where we learn to stay with what is moving.
An ending, where we gather the medicine, release what is complete, and return changed.
Begin. Belong. Become. is a 3-Sunday 5Rhythms® Heartbeat series exploring the classic map of Beginning, Middle, and Ending through movement, emotion, and embodied presence.
The Heartbeat map invites us to move with the emotional body: fear, anger, sadness, joy, and compassion, not as problems to solve, but as energies to feel, express, transform, and integrate.
Over three Sundays, we will dance with the arc of transformation:
Begin — crossing the threshold with courage and curiosity.
Belong — staying present in the messy, honest middle.
Become — completing the journey and allowing something new to emerge.
Each Sunday is a complete daylong workshop and may be attended individually. Together, the three Sundays create a deeper container for emotional movement, self-discovery, community connection, and integration.
This series is for anyone navigating change, beginning again, longing for belonging, completing a chapter, or seeking a more honest relationship with the body and heart.
No previous 5Rhythms experience is required. All bodies, all ages, all levels of experience, and all emotional landscapes are welcome.

An exploration of emotional honesty, expression, resistance, relationship, and the courage to stay present.
September 6 — Become: The Grace of Completion
An exploration of release, gratitude, compassion, integration, and the wisdom of completion.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
