Shadow work, especially this time of year, carries an incredible potency if practiced with intention and purpose.As we cross the threshold into 2024 together, I invite you to acknowledge both the light and the darkness. How have each shown up in your life this past season, this past year. And how have you successfully integrated the teachings that both offer?
I hope you’ll join us in a few short weeks as we journey through the shadow map of the 5Rhythms where we will anchor ourselves in the purity of the Rhythms as we gently explore the shadow of each.
