DESCRIPTION
Cambsdance is a community of people who love to dance and organise regular dynamic dance meditation classes in Cambridge. I have been invited to teach their Friday evening open class for over 13 years. Do come along and join us if you're in town or nearby.
NOTES
Class runs from 7pm - 9pm. Booking in advance only. Prices: £12-£15 plus Concession on demand.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
