It's the best job in the world! Learning, creating, collaborating in dance. I fell instantly in love with the 5Rhythms in 2003 and qualified as a teacher in 2011. Since then I have immersed myself deeply into teaching and further study. Hell, I have to - it's the one thing that keeps me fluid, truly alive and sane! We're living in extraordinary times and this is an incredible practice. I'm so very grateful to be able to offer this.
