Without loss, we cannot experience or appreciate the full spectrum of joy. This map is Gabrielle Roth's living wisdom. I am here to pass this gift on to you to be carried in your own bones and blood. We integrate each movement session with short stillness meditation practices, focused on the Buddhist Heart Practices of equanimity, compassion, loving-kindness and joy.
