MOVING PARTS: A 5Rhythms® and IFS Embodiment Workshop with Lucine EusaniHow do we recognize & move through old ways of relating in order to engage in deep and authentic connections in our lives?
The 5Rhythms® dance practice offers an embodied Map to help us to get present to what is real, to move us from confusion into clarity. Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers us tools to compassionately get to know the parts of ourselves who often create barriers to healthy relating. This workshop is a unique combination of these two incredible practices. It offers a light-hearted exploration of the parts of us that come into play when we start to relate 1:1 with other humans. The group energy allows us to get curious and playful, while also seeing ourselves mirrored by others in a strongly held group container.
As we begin to move, we begin to soften, to drop out of the rigid mental structures of our protective system, and into the warmth of our hearts. We become more compassionate towards ourselves, which allows space for connections to arise naturally, because it IS our nature to be connected; to the earth, to our bodies, and to one another.

About the Teacher:
Lucine Eusani (MA/Mphil Conflict Resolution) is a certified 5Rhythms teacher, an IFS therapist and an IFIO (IFS for couples) therapist based full time in Melbourne, Australia. She has over 20 years of working as a trauma-informed somatic facilitator, as well as in shamanic and psychedelic therapies. She is a mother and lifelong student of embodiment, nature based healing practices and Internal Family Systems.
Note:
The intention of this workshop is to introduce people to the concept of Parts to begin to track our parts in the body, and to the felt experience of un-blending from our parts to have a lived experience of our core Self energy. (Please note that this workshop is NOT considered a training in IFS, not is it meant to be a substitute for IFS therapy, but rather an opportunity to experience IFS from the inside out).

Refunds are offered up until June 19th (10% fee). After June 19th, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to another person. If we have a wait-list, we will assist you in identifying folks looking for a ticket.
