DESCRIPTION
Summer Solstice 5Rhythms retreat @Wildways, ShropshireIt's the time of high summer. As the sun rises to its highest point we bring the fire energy all the way through the body & heart from the ground below and from the sky above.
We embody and celebrate the fullness of daylight as we connect to the land, with life itself and with our community of dancers here at Wildways.
Through dancing the 5Rhyhtms close to the land, we celebrate our bodies, open our hearts and clear our minds as we connect to the natural world around us.
At this point of high summer we call upon the energy of fire to enliven us and drive us clearheaded and heart aware as we journey into the year.
