DESCRIPTION

FlowState 5Rhythms: dance and movement meditation every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at SomArt's beautiful new dance venue in the Hive, Somerville.

Each class is an invitation to encounter and transcend the self by dancing the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness - essential patterns and energy forms that provide their own medicine and teachings, all accessible through your spontaneous expression in motion. Your dance practice is guided by both a lovingly curated wave of music and orienting teaching from Joel.

All are welcome. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move.
