Within each of us, there exists a unique dance yearning to be expressed—a living form that beats beyond words and concepts. Living Forms is a series designed to explore the infinite ways life moves through us, following the map of the 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.
Through eight regular sessions and an intensive workshop, we will delve into each rhythm to discover how it manifests in our bodies, emotions, and relationships. From the softness and connection of Flowing to the expansive silence of Stillness, we shed fixed forms and embrace constant change.
Living Forms is open to all bodies, ages, and levels of experience. You don’t need to "know how to dance;" all you need is a body willing to move and a heart open to discovering and creating your own choreography.
