Whilst working with the physical body, here we begin to dip our toes into the the emotional intelligence of the HEART. Fear, Anger, Sadness, Joy & Compassion.
Heartbeat Level, where each class will have the spot light on a rhythm, body part & emotion.
Please bring what is comfortable for you as we start off slowly, then ending in stillness. This might look like a blanket, mat, cushion.
Water bottle.
If it goes with your flow, do bring something healthy to share for afterwards, to refuel our bodies, I'll bring some lovely herbs from my garden for tea & some fruit.
No worries if you can't, there is always enough to go around.
The only thing you need to do is to make a commitment to yourself.
Show up, exactly as you are, don't change a thing, as it's in the dance you can find solutions from the inner wisdom of your body.
This is a movement, dance, meditation practice.
