Fasting & 5Rhythms® - A powerful combinationWould you like to take a time out for yourself and calm down for some deep breaths? Would you like to increase your awareness, trust your intuition, find the center of your body and ground yourself? Do you want to let go dead weight and create space for something new? Then this week is for you!
The 5Rhythms® are a movement meditation which we dance and sweat together in a safe space. This can create an atmosphere that relaxes, liberates, connects, inspires and heals.
The Fasting cleanses body and mind and creates unexpected new energy and clarity. Fresh organic juices and vegetable bouillon as well as water and tea provide you with nutrients every day. The 5Rhythms® support inner cleansing, create space for recovery, accompany individual processes and will be adapted to your needs and possibilities during the fasting period of course.
"Seegut Blaue Blume" is a seminar house in the middle of the enchanting "Feldberger Seenlandschaft" in the north of Berlin, next to a small lake, almost in sole location and perfect for your inner contemplation far away from everyday life.
