DESCRIPTION

The 5Rhythms is a spiritual dance practice, which wake up body and mind and allow our inner creativity transform into unique expressions of movement and rhythms letting go of thoughts to feel a sense of freedom and the deep void of stillness. A dance practice, which opens the heart and integrate 'growing and grounding' in our life.

We will dance through the 5 universelle rhythms, flow/power of being, staccato/power of love, chaos/power of knowing, lyrical/power of seeing and stillness/power of healing. Gabrielle Roth, who invented the 5Rhythms, called them our map to inner freedom and sillness.

We will use the very beautiful nature around us to deepening our dance, especially the big and wonderful Nordic Sea just 100 m. away.

In this workshop you will get a deep insight in the movements and qualities of the rhythms.

The workshop is open to everybody, doesn't matter if its your first time or you have danced for many years.

Room for 12 dancers.

Early bird August 15th 2019: 1700 Danish Crowns, including accommodation in double room and breakfast, 2 x lunch, coffee, tea, water, fruit and snack. After August 15th. the price is 1900 Danish Crowns. Single room 1950/2150 Danish Crowns.

Saturday night it possible to eat together at a restaurant nearby, private payment.

Without accommodation but including the food, the price is 1450/1650 Danish Crowns.

Organic drinks you can buy in the café.

Refund Policy

You can have your payment refunded until August 23th. but you will have to pay administration of 200 Danish Crowns.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
