DESCRIPTION
This is a unique opportunity to encounter 5 different expressions of this cathartic and healing movement practice. Coming from decades of dancing together and tending dance communities side by side, these friends and colleagues will weave a weekend of movement informed by their long love and learning of 5Rhythms. They intend to offer you a communal container of strength, variety, and openness.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
