A waves level workshop for women in 5Rhythms. Creating together more wonder in being woman through movement, dance and breath. What vulnerable and powerful new buds and shoots, deeper roots are burgeoning this Spring 2019?NOTES

This workshop was requested by women who danced WonderWoman, it is absolutely not necessary to have danced the first workshop to dance the sequel, they can be taken in any order.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
