DESCRIPTION
An afternoon for us to meet in sisterhood, dancing with the phases of the moon and the seasons of the earth, connecting, honouring, celebrating. This is the first of 4 women-only workshops I'm offering in 2017; each workshop can be taken separately and has a distinct theme and if all 4 workshops are booked and paid for by 12th March there is a 20% discount. Each workshop costs £25.The other dates are: June 11th, September 10th and December 3rd
NOTES
Please bring simple food to share during our mid-afternoon break. St Hugh's is 10 minutes walk from Saltaire train station through the lovely Robert's Park and is on the 626 bus route. There is plenty of on-road parking around the venue but please avoid parking close to residents driveways.
Refund Policy
To be discussed with Rose, mitigating circumstances will be considered. Payments can be used towards other workshops with Rose.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
