"Slow down my friend..Now is the place where questions rest, and creative solutions grow"This 1 day workshop is an invitation to invite in the rhythm of stillness, to meet and greet yourself in this moment in time. A time to go within, to listen and move..
It will be a time of honouring what has moved through in 2019. To let go of what has been, to receive the teachings of 2019, and finding those transitions from one ending to give space to new beginnings.. Calling in what we would like to manifest in 2020.
We will move and rest, using the 5Rhythms®...A time to reflect, to rest, to restore, and re-energise, through dance, ritual and prayer.
Early Investment until Dec 29th is £50. Thereafter, investment goes back to normal price of £70.
