DESCRIPTION
Dance with a focus on the elements, our wild nature and our connection to the natural world - stormy or slow changing, delicate or blazing.. finding affinity and creative possibility in the truth of our own energy. Our footsteps will lead us in and out of connection with others and with landscape and music.We are lucky to have coast, river, woods, mountain and sea at our disposal.
We dance in a spacious hall with a great floor, as well as outside. There will be live music from Joe Caswell for some of our sessions.
NOTES
Newport, Pembrokeshire is a beautiful place with plenty of campsites, B&Bs, and other accommodation if you are travelling to dance with us. This is a non-residential workshop, but we can help you find a place to stay and possibly others to stay or travel with. The nearest station is Fishguard.

early bird price (if booked with £85 deposit by May 20) : £235/185 The price includes a meal cooked for us at the hall on Saturday night.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
