Do you ever feel like you’re not living this life at home, like you’re parallelly parked in a diagonal universe? What is that home space we all yearn for? And can it really be found anywhere outside of ourselves? This weekend of dance will be a journey towards that inner home, using the simple yet powerful map of 5Rhythms. Welcoming ourselves to the home of our body, heart and soul, on our own, in relationship or a group.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
