5Rhythms Heartbeat Workshop with Jason Rowe
in London, 12-13th April 2024.

Feelings are often scary, fiery, messy or playful, and sometimes graceful. It’s through our hearts that they become transformed and transcendent - that we can experience the physical, emotional, psychological, soulful and spiritual worlds as one.

In this workshop we will allow the dance of our core emotions through the Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms practice moving with Fear, Anger, Sadness, Joy and Compassion. We will dance on our own, with another, and as a group experiencing the innate warmhearted nature of our being.

Our venue is the sanctuary of St Luke’s Church, Hillmarton Road N7 9RE. Workshop times are 11am to 6pm Friday and 10.30am to 5pm Saturday.

There will be an optional open evening class at the same venue on Thursday 11th, 8-10pm where we will weave in an introduction to the Heartbeat map.
