When "entering" the space of our inner dance, we connect with several sheaths of our being, some of them shine in all their intensity, others are a bit darker as the energy is getting lost there. Connecting through the dance with our inner core expressing with movement what is moving us in our present moment, with other dancer or dancers creating new spaces within, feeling our place of power in life and in the Earth, going beyond our sense of identity to be part of something  that transcends it all.
We will explore different levels of depth relating ourselves and what surrounds us during the dance, focusing in what is nourishing, sheltering and helps to activate the perception of wellbeing and connection.
