DESCRIPTION
de verkennersreeks is a serie of classes with the same group of dancers. Every evening we dance a wave but give some extra attention to one rhythm. We explore and recieve the medicine of that rhythm. To help us recognize and use it when neeeded in daily life. how can a rhythm serve me? how can I serve the rhythm by giving it more breath and body to move freely. How does this effect my life and my connections? we dance and share.our experienceNOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
