DESCRIPTION
If resting was as important to us as activity, we would all be more at peace with ourselves. We would prioritise being good to ourselves. Shifting lifelong patterns of going, going can be a one step forward two steps back dance. Yet giving ourselves time to slow down, to unwind, to relax and finally to deeply rest can improve our health and wellbeing.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
