URBAN NEW YEAR - A 5Rhythms® Movement Gathering with Jo Hardy (UK) & Jonas Klingberg (SWE) In the depth and stillness of winter, We gather together to embody, dance and dream, Taking time to reflect, digest and offer gratitude for the year that has been, We release and surrender all that is done ……… At the zero point of the turning of the year, We enter the fruitful darkness of the moment, Listening deeply to our dreams and visions ……… Witnessed by our companions, We dance and dance some more. Planting the seeds of our intention’s for the year to come, We celebrate all; our self, each other, our circle and the community of life…………… This journey will be grounded in 5 Rhythm’s dance and movement practice, and will include creative exercises, sharing in movement and words and on 31st ceremonial celebration.
