DESCRIPTION
Twee dans-zondagen waarin we dansen met de twee krachten die ons allemaal leven; yin en yang, donker en licht, feminien en masculien, vloeiend en staccato. Vanuit deze twee polariteiten ontstaat alles! Twee heerlijke dagen om je dans te verdiepen.
Two days of dancing with the forces which live in all of us; yin and yang, dark and light, feminine and masculine, Flowing and Staccato. From these two polarities everything arises! Two separate sundays which go very well together to deepen your dance.

We dansen van 10.30 tot 17.30 uur en je bent ontzettend welkom met alles wie en wat je bent!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
