Immersing ourselves in dance, with care and gentleness, allows us to reconnect with and amplify the body’s wisdom. From this, a profound truth can emerge and blossom, enabling each individual to undergo a profound transformation.

Through dance, exercises, meditation, and rituals, I invite you on a 5-day journey.

Step by step, gesture by gesture, breath by breath, we will move towards the transition into the new year and the emergence of your deepest self. This New Journey is for anyone with prior movement experience.

We will be staying in the welcoming La Picotière gîte near Vendôme, easily accessible by train. Meals are prepared on-site by a cook using local produce.
