To let go of all separation and feel wholly connected, to disappear in the dance… at our core, we all long to plug into that state of luminous Being. How do we get out of our own way? In this 5Rhythms® workshop, we embody the universal rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness to explore the nature of who we are and how energy moves. Through the gateways of trance and meditations, we follow the Waves map to shine light on the Bigger Picture and re-member our true nature. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.
