DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, you will receive foundational teachings in the 5Rhythms® . We will move through the five rhythms—FLOWING, STACCATO, CHAOS, LYRICAL, and STILLNESS—together creating a wave. Special attention will be given to the feet, our relatively small yet powerful foundation, supporting the entire body.Through the feet, we will find the beat. Through the feet, we will feel the heart. Through the feet, we will quiet the mind. Through the feet, we will discover the dance of our soul and connect to our stillpoint.

This workshop is for EveryBody, no previous experience is needed!

This workshop counts 1 day waves workshop for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

What to wear:
Wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. Make sure you have layers, something warm with lighter clothes underneath.
We dance barefoot or with socks. Please bring your water.
