DESCRIPTION

We invite you to 'Mols Bjerge', a powerful and beautiful spot in Denmark with untouched nature and lovly beaches.

We will dance our inner and outer landscapes, explore magic and mystery, finding new truths and wisdom about who we really are.

We will invite courage and presents into our dance, express forms, crossing limits, going to the edge and surrender to what is. We will share the joy of our dancing soul and hold it all in the freedom of stillness.

We dance inside and in nature, using the map of the 5Rhythms.

NOTES

Rödegaarden is a beautiful place with a great dance spot and rooms, where you can stay and grass to camp. Go to my website to see different possibilities and prices.

Prices from 478€ including workshop, food and place to sleep.

We recommend that you have danced at least 20 hours of 5Rhythms waves, before taking this workshop.
