DESCRIPTION
In the north of Denmark we will dance and explore the 5Rhythms inside the beautiful space of Zen's Lonstrup and outside in the beautiful beach to the Northsea.We will be around 12 dancing people enjoying body movement dance and nature. Everybody is wellcome!
Price paid before August 15th is 1200 Danish (around 160€), then 1500 kr (200€)

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
