DESCRIPTION
Spring brings promise and opening. Having stepped out of the cave of winter, we will explore the element of air, connect with breath & expand to the sky. As we move close to the Spring Equinox we will call upon lightness and lyrical in the open spaces and wooded valley's of Wildways in Shropshire. Prices £150 before 21st Feb £165 after.NOTES
The venue for residential events is the Wildways Retreat Centre in Shropshire.
Located in the beautiful Severn valley, Wildways is a sacred and special retreat centre in a haven of natural wilderness. With fields & woodlands, bluebells & and babbling brook, Wildways has indoor and outdoor facilities including a sauna, dancing yurt space and dining room. There is a celtic roundhouse, stone circle and a range of sleeping options

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
