DESCRIPTION
Lets honour the movement of the Sun's cycles as they move in each of us through dance as we approach Summer. The dancer inside follows the simplicity of movement. Dance can weave magic that strengthens & brings more balance. Beginners & experienced dancers in 5Rhythms are very welcome.NOTES
This day workshop is offered in Sheffield on May 19 and in Belper, Derbyshire on June 2, both Sundays. Cost is £37 until May 6, after this date, £45. In Sheffield at the Sharrow Performing Arts Space, in Belper at the Belper Community Hall, Bridge Street. To book your place, please email Sarah directly at dancetherhythms@gmail.com
