DESCRIPTION
When we truly experience our physicality we are able to create a deeper awareness of the space within us and around us. This allows for the potential of exploring the space between us, where the relational dance unfolds. That space where “you” and “I” begin and end. Using the map of the 5 Rhythms practice we will explore the space between us. Bringing awareness to how we relate and how we move with the ‘other’ whilst staying with your own dance.NOTES
This workshop is collaboration between Dean Kayum, a 5 Rhythms teacher and Mira Schauble, a Dance/Movement psychotherapist. Each brings their unique teaching styles and practices into space between them.
WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
